Terrain, an upscale retailer for garden and outdoor living products, embodies a fresh spirit in its brand identity. That identity helped breathe new life into the cavernous 18,000 sf Cadillac dealership on the historic Post Road in Westport, Connecticut. Terrain's parent company, Urban Outfitters, Inc., is known for revisioning underutilized properties. The company turned to NewStudio to transform the old car dealership into a beautiful customer experience, featuring a micro restaurant/cafe, coffee bar, two-story atrium, retail sales floor, and reclaimed greenhouse-structure turned spa.
